For stays between December 24 and January 2, as well as between February and April, the following policies will apply:
Guarantee Policy
A 30% deposit is due at booking and is refundable until 30 days before arrival. The remaining balance of a 100% deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and is nonrefundable.

Yes. The service fee is $49 per night and includes the following in addition to resort amenities:
We welcome up to two dogs per villa or suite in our designated pet-friendly accommodations, with a non-refundable fee of $50 + tax per night, per dog. Guests must contact the resort directly to reserve a pet-friendly villa or suite. For everyone’s enjoyment, please keep your pet leashed while on resort grounds and mindful of noise such as barking or crying. While service animals are welcome on the pool deck, pets aren’t permitted in pool areas. If your pet becomes overly energetic or disruptive, we may ask you to make other arrangements to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
