As we continue to place an emphasis on the continued health and safety of our Florida Keys hotel’s team members and guests, we will remain vigilant and respect and observe local, state and federal guidelines, even as they change. That includes mask requirements for employees and guests who are not fully vaccinated, enhanced cleaning procedures, encouragement of frequent hand washing, and screening requirements where required.

Let’s Practice Health & Safety Together

Sanitation

All employees will receive comprehensive training on safety and sanitation protocols. Hand sanitizer stations will be available for all employees and guests throughout the property.

Face Coverings

In keeping with the guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and the state of Florida, employees and guests who are fully vaccinated, including the 14-day waiting period following your single-dose shot or your second two-dose shot, are no longer required to wear face coverings while on property. Employees who are not fully vaccinated are taking the proper precautions and wearing a face covering. While we do not require proof of vaccination, we do expect those who are not fully vaccinated to wear face coverings while indoors.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping service is on request, should you choose to receive this service, we ask that everyone is out of the home or out on the patio for the safety of you and our housekeeping staff.

  • Your home is cleaned using upgraded cleaning procedures including the use of micro-fogging machines and electrostatic air cleaners.

  • Cleaning and disinfecting protocols will require that particular attention is paid to high-touch, hard nonporous items including television remote controls, iPad, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, water faucet handles, nightstands, telephones, in-room control panels, light switches, temperature control panels, alarm clocks, luggage racks, garage key pads, and flooring.

  • For guests not wanting daily housekeeping please place trash in the garage and our staff will check daily and remove, we are also available to deliver fresh towels and cleaning products at any time during your stay.

  • All Dishware, Glassware, flatware and cooking utensils will be dish washed upon each check-out.

Laundry

  • Linens, towels and laundry shall be washed in accordance with CDC guidelines, including washing items as appropriate in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Where possible, launder items using the warmest permissible water setting for the items, and dry items completely.

  • Dirty linens shall be bagged in the guest room to eliminate excess contact while being transported to our laundry service.

Concierge

  • We are offering contactless check-in for the safety of your family and our staff.

  • In addition, contactless payment processes are encouraged, and when not available, employees should minimize contact as much as possible.
